REV & MRS J.V.WALKER REV. J.V. WALKER PASSED AWAY MAY 5TH 2007 In February of 1979 Rev. & Mrs. J.V. Walker came to Kingman to start a work in the old downtown district. In the beginning the fledgling Church, located at the corner of First and Chestnut Streets, was attended by five members. Having started a work on the reservation at Pinetop and with his involvement in other ministries Rev. Walker along with his family were no strangers to hard work. With a lot of dedication and perseverance on their part we now have VICTORY LIFE TABERNACLE located on Northern Avenue. REV. J.V. Walker has a strong background in the Apostles Doctrine and the teaching of both the Old and New Testaments. REV. J.V. Walker has been a pastor, brother, friend, advisor, and teacher. His wife, along with her husband has prayed with, and worked through the hard times both spiritual and personal.
